The society’s management has been unwavering in its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted progress in development work, despite facing consistent challenges. Although the management has consistently urged members to meet their financial obligations for development projects, these requests have often gone unanswered.

MEMBERS’ INTEGRAL ROLE

Under the guidance of visionary leadership, the society has navigated challenges, and the contributions of diligent members have been instrumental in realizing the vision for a thriving and evolving community. It is through this joint effort that we witness the tangible progress and positive changes in our society today.

CURRENT UTILITIES AND CHALLENGES

Presently, our society boasts essential utilities, including K.Electric, a functional sewerage system, water supply, underdevelopment roads network, and sui gas. However, we acknowledge the existing challenge of obtaining new sui gas metered connections, in line with the policies of the Government of Sindh.

INFRASTRUCTURE IMPACT

The adverse weather conditions led to the erosion of land, resulting in the collapse of boundary walls, blockage of the sewerage system, and eroded roads. In response to these challenges, roadworks, which are part of ongoing development projects, were initiated. It is very important to note that the costs associated with these development works in progress were distributed among the members.

MEMBERS FUELING PROGRESS

The current state of our development projects, standing as a symbol of progress as we observe them today, is a testament to the dedication and responsibility of the members who have consistently fulfilled their duty by making timely payments. Their consistent commitment has not only fueled the ongoing projects but has also contributed significantly to the positive transformation of our society.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS AND MODERN FACILITIES

Having laid the groundwork with basic utilities, our society is now poised for higher aspirations. Our upcoming goals include the establishment of state-of-the-art facilities such as a gymnasium for fitness enthusiasts, a comprehensive CCTV system to enhance security, an intercom service for every house to facilitate communication, and a water filtration plant to ensure clean water supply for all residents.

MAINTAINANCE WORK AND CHALLENGES

Society has diligently conducted maintenance work on a very regular basis without imposing additional charges on its members for these essential services. However, the management has recently faced significant challenges due to unprecedented weather conditions over the past few years, marked by exceptionally heavy rainfall overpassing anything witnessed by the current generation, which created significant hurdles.

FINIANCIAL CONSIDERADTION

Despite the financial implications of these development initiatives, it is crucial to emphasize that no extra charges have been levied on the members for the routine maintenance. The financial burden is rising from the unforeseen weather challenges and is being collected and managed to ensure the timely recovery and sustainability of society’s infrastructure. The society’s commitment to financial transparency is evident in the use of funds generated through official challenges to address critical maintenance and development needs. By leveraging funds from transverse and NOC’s, the society not only addressed the challenges posed by extreme weather but also ensured the continued well-being and functionality of its infrastructure. The approach reflexes a responsible and equitable distribution of financial responsibilities among its members.
